Filling the recruitment gap

Matt Saitz, Webster University’s Strength & Conditioning Coach was having a recruiting problem:

Potential student-athletes were starting their initial college searches by looking online.

As many of Minnaar Pictures’ staff and contractors are former collegiate athletes, we knew the importance of a strength & conditioning program.

We found a way to showcase the state-of-the-art training facility Webster University had built, all while showcasing the training philosophies Saitz imparted on the athletes.

Webster now has ever-green media to use as a recruitment tool to entice potential student-athletes much earlier in their college search. This means Webster has more time to attract top-talent academically and athletically all with just one video.
